GIF Mania is a free iOS app that lets you create GIF animation out of a video clip on your device. Simply, select a video clip and let the app extra frames as pictures of it. The app lets you set the number of loops and delay seconds for GIF animation. With an in-app purchase, you can add a text comment to every frame.


- Features -

1. Select a video clip to work with.
2. Select an interval (every 1/4 of a second, every 1/2 of a second, every 1 second...)between which the app extracts frames of your video.
3. Select pictures to make GIF animation.
4. Select the number of animation loops.
5. Select seconds of delay until the next frame appears.
6. Insert a comment to all frames. (In-App purchase)
7. Select a text size and a text color. (In-App purchase)
8. Select text alignment (In-App purchase)
9. Select a shadow color (none, black, white) around a comment. (In-App purchase)
10.Preview a screen with a comment. (In-App purchase)
11.Preview your GIF animation. Go back to the previous screen to change animation configurations.
